An official record of current, up to date vaccinations shall be provided by shipper to transporter PRIOR to commencement of shipment, to ensure the health of the pet attempting to travel and others onboard. The inability to provide such documentation to K9Lives Transport LLC prior to pick-up will result in forfeiture of deposit and denial of transport. Cats MUST be in crate/carrier prior to driver arrival. Driver cannot assist in crating cat(s) due to insurance restrictions. A small supply of animals food should accompany pet and a blanket or toy to help with anxiety.
